For over two decades, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people reclaim their strength—especially those living with chronic conditions like Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis (MS), heart disease, and more.
As an exercise therapist, specializing in fitness for people who’ve been told to slow down, give up, or just “accept their limitations.” I’ve spent my career proving those ideas wrong—one movement, one breakthrough, one life at a time.
Through thousands of hours working with clients and years of study, I’ve developed a unique approach that blends science, empathy, and results-driven training. Every program I build is personalized, realistic, and rooted in deep respect for the body’s ability to change—even when facing tough diagnoses.
But more than anything, this is personal. I’ve seen how chronic illness affects lives—not just the physical body, but confidence, independence, and identity. That’s why I’m here: to help people move again, believe again, and live better.
